Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill on : Job output Knowledge of SARP, SARRR, IOF Error Message and Error Codes validation Job Trac Valid Return codes for Job Steps and overall, Job Validate for standalone Jobs or those on Schedule. Iterative vs Scheduled Job Triggered Jobs Job Codes issues and escalation to fix. Must possess knowledge of Linux, Windows, and AWS-deployed infrastructure and applications. Well versed in incident and change management process Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace Basic database skills, including SQL and Oracle Must possess multi-application experience, particularly in the banking industry or with financial institutions.
