I am excited to present you with our new opportunity for a Project Manager (must have experience with MS Project Scheduler). This will be a 1+ year project. The focus of this role will be on creating and managing the scheduler portion of MS Project to keep things organized and on time and less on the technical side. This is a remote role however the work must be done during eastern hours. This is not a bid opportunity, and we can submit several candidates. Position Name Project Manager (MS Project Scheduler) Work location 100% Remote from the US but must work eastern hours. Duration 1+ years Start Date Mid-April Number of Positions 1 Work Hours 40 hours/week, standard 8 am 5 pm eastern time. Interviews & Method There will be 3-4 rounds of interviews. Video or in-person in already in Tallahassee, FL Work Authorization/Visa If they are on an OPT-EAD please make sure they have a minimum of 24 months remaining without the need for renewal If candidates have USC or GC, they may be considered for a long-term role should budget become available in the future. Communication skills Excellent this is a customer facing role. Background Check Required Prior to hire, applicants must pass Criminal Background check. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements: Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Project Manager in the healthcare domain, with exposure to Medicaid or government health programs. 5+ years of experience using MS Project. Strong understanding of Medicaid policies, regulations, and healthcare processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
