The primary focus of this role will be to conduct a current state analysis of the global order-to-cash process. The successful candidate will provide improvement recommendations and design a future state that optimizes efficiency, reduces costs, and enhances overall performance in alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the order-to-cash outcome metrics, delivery processes, and performance for the identified end-to-end processes Document process flows, assess process performance, and identify pain points, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure current performance against defined metrics Utilize data-driven insights from the current state analysis to propose specific actions for process enhancements Develop improvement recommendations, which may include process redesign, system changes, automation, elimination of redundant steps, new technology implementation, or organizational structure changes Support each recommendation with expected benefits and potential challenges Create process flow diagrams and supporting documentation outlining the desired future state after implementing improvements Clearly document enhancements, systems, handoffs, process steps, roles, and responsibilities in the future state design Collaborate with process owners to design an implementation plan, monitoring plan, communication plan, and training plan Support project management and continuous improvement efforts throughout the implementation phase Establish mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented improvements Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in conducting process analysis and improvement initiatives within a Global Business Services context Strong analytical and data analysis skills to assess outcome metrics and performance data Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to develop implementation plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and process owners Knowledge of end-to-end processes such as Order to Cash, Accounting to Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Financial Planning & Analysis Experience with process mapping and documentation tools is an advantage Deliverables: Documented process flows, outcome metric analysis, performance evaluation, and identified areas for improvement Detailed improvement recommendations supported by data analysis and expected benefits Process flow diagrams and supporting documentation depicting the desired future state after implementing improvements Detailed plans for implementing recommendations, including timelines, resources, and monitoring mechanisms Thanks And Regards Khokan Kaviraj Phone: 302-485-1712 Email: [email protected] Hangout: [email protected] Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/khokan-kaviraj-582655166/ Accroid Inc. 1007 Orange ST 4th FL 1651 Wilmington, DE 19801 -- Keywords: information technology green card Delaware Florida |
