As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Master Data Services solutions to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across our enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design data models, and develop robust MDS solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Master Data Services solutions to manage critical business data such as customer, product, vendor, and employee information. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop data models, entity structures, and hierarchies in Master Data Services to support data governance and data quality initiatives. Implement data validation rules, business rules, and workflows to enforce data consistency and integrity within the Master Data Services environment. Integrate Master Data Services with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and standardization activities to improve data quality and accuracy. Provide technical expertise and support for Master Data Services administration, including configuration, security, and performance tuning. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data integration solutions using technologies such as SSIS, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Services to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
