The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for SAP Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP SM/FSM, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for SAP Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules, including incident resolution, problem analysis, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP SM/FSM functionality. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements or fixes to SAP SM/FSM systems. Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet business requirements. Conduct thorough testing of SAP SM/FSM solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP SM/FSM functionality. Stay updated on the latest SAP SM/FSM trends, best practices, and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP SM/FSM support and implementation. In-depth knowledge of SAP Service Management (SM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. SAP certification in SM/FSM is a plus.
