Familiarity with Testing, Development, Staging, and pre-production environment requiring cyber security support. Knowledge of Privacy Act, GDPR, and other data privacy frameworks. Experience in writing or executing system security documentation, authorization to operate packages, POA&Ms, and policies. Experience in reviewing/editing/writing technical documents Skill in preparing and making written and oral presentations of complex technical nature. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks Professional industry certifications in area of expertise. Knowledge of Best Practice and security guides (ex. NIST 800-53 rev 4, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP) Knowledge of security frameworks to include RMF, ISO, HIPAA, FedRAMP and HIPAA ISC CISSP or ISACA CISM or equivalent certification ================================ Role - Generative AI Practice Leader Location - Houston, TX Relevant Experience 14-18 years At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with building language models, machine learning and AI models leveraging industry tools, products, and / or Azure cognitive services. Deep and hands-on expertise in (as an individual contributor) Undertaking data collection, Data mining, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data. Hands-on expertise in large language models (LLMs/LSTMs/BERT) that can perform complex reasoning in few- and zero-shot settings by generating intermediate chain of thought (CoT) reasoning steps. Experience of building / customizing and fine-tuning AI models including LLM models via OpenAI (Azure), Bert (AWS) for rapid PoCs Experience on LLM Model Governance, LLMSecOps, Hallucination and bias handling Deep and hands-on experience in applying machine learning algorithms. Strong data science and data engineering background both with open source and cloud distributed machines learning and AI tools especially Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning and AWS Sagemaker and Bedrocks Strong understanding of Azure cloud technology including Cognitive Services viz. Vision, Speech, Language, Decision, Search and GenAI and its implementation Proven experience with, and applied knowledge of, at least one scripting language, such as Python, or R ===================================== Role - Java Architect with Cassandra & PCF Experience - 100% Remote Location - Remote 12 to 15 years of experience in Java, core java and advance java concepts and technologies. Software development experience. Hands on experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Cloud technologies Experience in React JS/Angular JS is Nice to have. Experience on Cassandra would be added advantage. Hands on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment and application development in cloud environment. Hands on experience in Kafka Connect and Kafka messaging event streams. Must have experience in Java (Spring Boot). No SQL DB for eg: Cassandra. MongoDB and a solid understanding of when to use what. Expertise in OpenShift Kubernetes. Expertise in non-relational document database. Experience in managing complete software development process from conception to deployment. Solid understanding of Agile methodology, estimation techniques and key ceremonies for effective management/collaboration. Strong communication skills and participates actively in discussions with business customers, architects, and the team members. Knowledge about AWS. Experience on Micro Services. ====================================== Role - GEN AI LLM Data Scientist Location- Raritan NJ Must have 12+ years of experience working in Data science, Machine learning and especially NLP technologies. Exposure to various LLM technologies and solid understanding of Transformer Encoder Networks. Able to apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to develop LLM solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in machine learning (Client) with a focus on generative models, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based architectures. Solid understanding of Model development, model serving, training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment. Very good understanding of Prompt engineering techniques in developing Instruction based LLMs. Must be able to design, and implement state-of-the-art generative models for natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as text generation, text completion, language translation, and document summarization. Work with SAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver solutions that meet the customer needs. Passionate to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM.
