Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who possesses the potential to transition into an HR Business Partner role. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of HR expertise, including experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, with a preference for proficiency in Workday. Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR team members to provide comprehensive support in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and issues, offering guidance and solutions in a timely and effective manner. Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Contribute to the management of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during mergers and acquisitions, providing HR expertise and support throughout the process. Assist in the analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant and effective. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, with a demonstrated ability to handle various HR functions effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels of the organization. Experience or exposure to mergers and acquisitions, with a solid understanding of the HR implications and processes involved. Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably Workday, with the ability to utilize technology for HR data management and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to evolve into an HR Business Partner role, demonstrating leadership potential and strategic thinking.
