Document configurations, customizations, and processes related to Jira usage. Train and mentor team members on Jira usage and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Jira Developer, with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. In-depth knowledge of Jira administration, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Jira scripting languages such as Groovy, Jython, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and how they relate to Jira usage. Experience with integrating Jira with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in developing Jira plugins using Atlassian SDK is a plus. Atlassian certifications such as ACP-100 (Jira Administrator) or ACP-300 (Jira Project Administrator) are desirable.
