The role is to provide: Data Gathering & analysis Presentation of findings Input into project Documentation Project Goals: Assessment & updating of existing Policy Implement unified corporate IAM approach and identity governance tooling Key Responsibilities Data Gathering & analysis on existing Identity & Access Management landscape through: Discovery & review of internal documentation & processes Identifying & reviewing configuration of existing tools Identifying & interviewing key personnel Collating & organizing outputs to support decision making Presentation of findings Spreadsheets PowerPoint presentations Input into project planning & execution RBAC definition Roles & Attributes Workflows (Joiners / Leavers / Movers, Approvals etc.) Review process Compliance & auditing process Documentation creation Proposals for project approach Process flows Internal knowledge base Key Success Criteria Meet project milestones Experience: 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst Knowledge & Skills: You will thrive in this position if you are: Methodical : youre capable of breaking down complex tasks into a clear set of actions and deliverables Attention to detail : accuracy and minimizing errors will be crucial in helping SITA to deliver improved security Team player: you will be expected to work as part of a virtual team including stakeholders across different countries, many of whom do not have English as a first language Additional skills that will be an asset: Experience working in Agile methodology Experience in security domain Knowledge of Identity & Access Management Concepts Best practices Technologies e.g. Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Core Competencies Information security & data privacy awareness Adhering to Principles & Values Leading Execution Teamwork Education & Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Technologies -- Keywords: information technology golang Idaho New York |
