Strong experience on the Medicaid Provider side (not recipient). Strong understanding of Medicaid policies, regulations, and healthcare processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. PMP Certification through PMI. Education Bachelors degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
