Role: Senior Developer / Tech Lead Consultant - Icertis Location: Remote with some Travel Duration: Long term USC/GC ONLY Job Description - Job Description- Must possess hands-on Icertis development experience with contract migration. We are NOT looking for BAs or PMs, only Sr. Developers/Tech Lead candidates. Look for candidates with Icertis end-to-end CLM experience on Icertis AI products - Discover AI, Negotiate AI. Job Description: Over 10,000 active agreements will be required to be migrated into the new CLM tool using Icertis. As part of the migration process, consultant will be training the AI to select key language from their contracts (Icertis AI products - Discover AI, Negotiate AI). Consultant will be responsible to review and validate the AI output. Once AI has been proved out, consultant will prepare batch uploads (key components from the contracts) that will be tested in QA then moved over to production. Other administrative type tasks will be required as well. Key Tasks: Title / Document Response Mandatory Comments 1. Batch Uploads Yes Upon validation of AI results, batch downloads / uploads will be conducted (excel) which we will populate the information from the AI results into the batch files. Manual entry of data will be required in addition to the data pulled from the AI results. Batch files will be loaded into QA first then into the production environment 2. Contract Review Yes Review specific clauses within the various contract type agreements to identify key words to help train AI 3. Review of AI Results Yes Validate that the key attributes pulled from the AI results are aligned with the language in the contract. This is an iterative process - typically repeated 2 - 4 times per contract type. 4. Update Annotation File Yes Annotation file is an excel file that is required by the vendor in support of training the AI. We are responsible to populate the annotation file with key language from the various agreements. Each contract type will require an annotation file - roughly 20 - 25 different contract types will be required to be trained 5. Various Tasks Yes 1. Support daily meetings both internally and with the supplier 2. Work with our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) partners to gather all active agreements 3.
