Title: Sr Gxp Systems Analyst Duration: 12 months+ Location/Site: North Chicago, IL (3 days Onsite, 2 days) Successful candidates will exhibit the following traits: Technical acumen and understanding of complex applications Accountability: acts like an owner and drives all aspects of solution and product success Learning agility: the ability to come up to speed quickly on different knowledge areas and deliver value quickly Change resilience: the understanding that change is constant, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Customer focus: a relentless perspective on what will drive value for the stakeholders we serve Knowledge of system life cycle, and ability to see projects through from idea to implementation Responsibilities include the following: Serve as the primary contact for assigned technologies. Ensure the health of assigned production applications. Manage the rollout of global programs for commissioning & qualification at our manufacturing sites. Improve customer experience and real-time data usage for site operations. Understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units. Investigate existing systems and industry technologies; develop integrated information management strategies. Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Seek strategic business opportunities for technology application; provide strategic analyses and insights. Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology directions. Make recommendations for process improvement objectives. Develop business relationships; coordinate portfolio of solutions. Manage conflicts, risks, and issues; keep stakeholders informed. Oversee a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 10+ years experience, or master's degree with 8 years of experience Hands-on experience managing global products and applications, ideally in a GxP or critical infrastructure environment Previous experience supporting GxP applications, on business intelligence programs or data engineering. Project management experience in agile or waterfall environments. Experience in managing the work assignments of contractors or direct reports. Excellent communication skills.
