Must Haves: Experience with several Workday implementations with at least 2 full implementations in a functional leadership position (e.g., functional architect), including for at least 1 customer of comparable size and scope to the client (>400k employees). Experience designing and configuring Workday implementations Experience in functional roles related to Workday HCM. Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications Strong analytical skills: ability to research issues and provide solutions Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements Experience managing teams of people 5 years.
