The individual should track daily work items, resolve any obstacles, and consistently plan for the next steps. It is essential for the person to be task-oriented, results-driven, highly enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in an enterprise environment and the ability to collaborate with various business groups, application teams, and end-users is necessary. Additionally, having a background in development, testing, and business analysis is preferred, and experience with Robotic Process Automation on the UiPath tool is a plus. However, if the candidate does not have experience with RPA, a background in technical project management for Java, .NET, database , API or cloud development is acceptable. Person should be willing to learn RPA technology on the job.
