Expecting Cobol, DB2, CICS (Good to have), JCL and PL1(not mandatory)

Familiar with batch DB2 and file handling is expected. 

Agile way of working - Scrum meetings, Requirement refining, impediments handling expected, Task estimation

Banking application experience

Clear understanding of an application workflow and its domain.
