Collaborate with IT, logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of Sterling DOM into existing systems and processes. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology infrastructure, to support the successful implementation of Sterling DOM. Conduct regular assessments and audits to monitor the quality of deliverables. Provide regular and comprehensive updates on the status of the Sterling DOM implementation, including milestones, key performance indicators, and any deviations from the plan. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system. Partnering with the cross-functional teams, implement the strategy and roadmap for modernizing the Supply Chain Order Management Platform. Help engineering teams in capex and opex budget planning, monitor the spend withing the budget. Facilitate communication and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the implementation process. Manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment. Analyse and improve strategies and procedures Desired Qualifications & Experiences: Masters or Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on complex system implementations. Experience using data and metrices to determine and drive improvements Experience of working with engineering leader in a modern software development based enterprise environment and overseeing multiple products/platform. Proven experience leading Sterling DOM implementations or similar Distributed Order Management systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams. Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and budget planning. Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
