Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Kalamazoo, MI(On-site ) Visa: USC,GC , GCEAD, H4EAD MOI: Skype the candidate must have 5+ years of experience The Technical Project Manager (TPM) coordinates and manages defined projects that support the Drug Products plant and specifically the new Modular Aseptic Processing (MAP) Mod 1 facility. This may include product transfer projects, new product commercialization/launch activities internal to the site, cost improvement projects, capital equipment installations, Right First Time initiatives, and safety and compliance driven initiatives for Drug Product Operations Serves as the Project Manager for non-capital projects or as the Customer Project Manager for capital projects as the counterpart to the Engineering Project Manager. In this role the Technical Project Manager is responsible for the development of key processes and systems to organize/track and communicate initiative status to multi-disciplinary teams. They are responsible for the planning and execution of their assigned projects, associated budgets, timelines and other project specific deliverables within the scope of the initiative/project. They often interface with multi-disciplinary groups internal and external to the site Being part of the MAP Mod 1 Support team, additional tasks may be added to the job scope such as Lean and Right First Time (RFT) efforts, Industrial Engineering tasks, and training efforts as needed to support the operations Manage the internal project scope of work, budget, timeline, and change orders Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan Identify and address complex technical issues and resourcing Support team members; acting as the liaison to the client for discussing changes in scope of work, timeline, or budget. Provide frequent/ clear concise project updates to internal/external customers Problem solve skills to drive solutions to equipment/process issues, includingFMEA and root cause analysis methodology Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Best Regards Rahul Mishra US Technical Recruiter |Vyze Inc.
