As an SME, spearhead the marketing execution and interpret campaign briefs in order to create and develop technical documentation.

Develop workflow templates, initiate high complexity campaigns and provide technical guidance and support to all Adobe Campaign Operators.

Redesign reusable workflow templates and demonstrate them within Adobe Campaign alongside campaigns of varying complexity.

Set up and maintain user Administration within Campaign, utilizing Adobe Admin Console

Identify all technical capabilities required to facilitate new campaigns, collaborating with several channel partners for timely delivery of audience creation lists and achieve required KPIs for quality engineering and data architecture.

Collaborate with campaign planners to devise both strategy and solutions for new campaigns and identify high level business acumen, technical issues, and large-scale opportunities for future roadmap of governance and partnership.

Serve as subject matter expert, driving data architecture design of customer campaign applications and technical knowledge of system development lifecycle and assessing potential barriers to provide solutions and achieve campaign success.

Communicate directly with clients and business stakeholders for full understanding of campaign objectives and business requirements, delivering client expectations and campaign walkthroughs for better customer experience.

Employ Organizational Change Management process to review all change requests and conduct pre-analysis with the ability to prioritize and detail quantitative analysis, conducting quality control measures for better functionality.

Define standards and metrics for business stakeholder satisfaction, proactively monitoring data to improve client service levels and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, audit, and industry best practices.

Recommend solutions for running large, complex campaigns to reduce data access overlap when writing contact history
