The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our financial clients while adhering to industry regulations and security standards. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, architect scalable solutions, and ensure the highest level of performance and reliability. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications for the banking and finance sector, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs. Architect and implement solutions that comply with industry regulations, such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, and others, ensuring data security and privacy. Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code standards. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to meet business objectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking and finance to propose innovative solutions. Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of applications and resolve any defects or issues identified. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies. Proven experience in the banking and/or finance industry, with a strong understanding of financial systems, regulations, and security standards. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and other relevant .NET technologies. Solid understanding of design patterns, software architecture principles, and microservices architecture. Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
