(EST) Duration: 12+ months Visa: Any Visa (h1B from trusted) MOI: Onsite - in-person at The Keystone Building / The individual is required to pick up commonwealth-issued equipment the first day. Linkedin is must.(PROPER) Must have: Vendor note :: Even though this role is telework(remote), the selected candidate may be expected to report to the central office at 400 North Street, Harrisburg PA for meetings, JAD sessions, and other collaboration needs so they should live near the Harrisburg area. Skills and Experience: Required: 8+ years Experience with iOS SDK and native iOS languages (Objective C, Swift, SwifUI) Experience with object-oriented development Experience with consuming web services and synchronization of data between integration systems and databases Experience with relational database development Required: 5+ years Experience in full IOS SDLC as an application developer. Experience with latest iOS APIs and frameworks, including JSON annotation Experience with Core Data framework Experience with iOS Auto Layout and UX refinement Experience with blocks and notifications Experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React. Experience in DevOps products, specifically Azure DevOps. Required: 3+ years Experience in web service design & development (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON) for enterprise Experience in architecting and developing mobile web applications for enterprise Experience with various authentication protocols Qualifications Required: Applicants are required to have these qualifications: Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA) Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements Experience designing for platform technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, iOS, Android) Experience applying WAI-ARIA authoring guidelines and best practices Experience optimizing for the accessibility features of the platform (HTML, iOS, Android) Experience developing digital products that comply with accessibility standards Preferred: Applicants with the following qualifications will be preferred: Experience incorporating accessibility tests into the development process Experience building digital products where compliance with accessibility standards is part of definition of done.
