Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CDAO. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CDAO's office. Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CDAO to facilitate efficient decision-making. Departmental Support: Coordinate meetings and communication between the Data Analytics department directors and other stakeholders. Assist in preparing and managing the department's budget, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial reports. Support departmental projects, including coordinating timelines, resources, and information required for successful completion. Maintain departmental files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication within the department and with external partners. Coordinate logistics for departmental events, conferences, and workshops. Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics for departmental and executive meetings. Act as a liaison between the Data Analytics department and other departments Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a healthcare or data analytics environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with data analytics tools and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred. Skills: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external contacts.
