Proven track record of providing technical solutions and configuration documentation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience guiding development and QA teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements. Ability to analyze complex requirements and design technical solutions that meet business objectives. Proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Access Controls. Desirable Skills: Certification or training in ServiceNow and other relevant platforms. Experience working in Agile environments and using Agile methodologies for project delivery. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
