(Contract) Role: - SABA Cloud Consultant Location: Hartford, Stamford, CT Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Essential Skills: 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SABA Cloud or similar learning management systems. Proficiency in configuring SABA Cloud modules, including learning management, performance management, and talent acquisition. Strong understanding of talent management processes and best practices. Experience with data migration and integration between SABA Cloud and other HR systems. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within project timelines. Desirable Skills: Certification in SABA Cloud administration or implementation. Experience with other HRIS or talent management systems. Knowledge of e-learning standards and technologies, such as SCORM and xAPI. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
