Role : Business Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) -- -- Only USC/GC/H1B's Mandatory Competencies: Business Analysis, Digital : Camunda BPM, BPM Automation, BFSI CBO BFSS - Business Process Management (BPM) Requirements : Process modeler/Analyst, who can create process models in Analyst view using BPM visual designers(Flowable, Camunda) Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM). 7+ years of experience in BPMN (Preferred) and Business Process Automation tools (e.g., Flowable, Camunda) with at least 5 years in designing/modeling end-to-end business processes and decision models using BPMN 2.0, CMMN or DMN modelling standards and executing them in Business Process Automation visual designers (e.g., Flowable, Camunda). Previous experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance preferred. Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Experience in process mining and data models to facilitate sophisticated analysis of process data using tools like Celonis. Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance.
