PURPOSE: This scope of work is for application developer services to provide maintenance, support, and development of several applications necessary to support operations of the CLIENT. MANDATORY Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience. Six years of experience developing applications in C# .Net & VB .Net; Six years of experience with MVC; Six years of experience with Visual Studio; Six years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and view Six years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirement Six years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption; Six years of experience with web accessibility standards; Six years of experience with Integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport; Six years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices Six years of experience developing web-based applications; Three years of experience with HTML 5.4; Three years of experience with Angular X.0 (not Angular. js) Three years of experience with SSRS; Familiarity with SQL managed instance and Azure ASE environment deployment; Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration; Familiarity experience with Azure DevOps; CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project including Planning Sessions, Stand-Up Sessions, Review Sessions, Backlog Grooming Sessions, Pointing Sessions, and Retrospective Session as directed by the Department or any other Project Management methodology adoption. Participate and run Joint Application Sessions to collect detailed requirements and document requirements with process flows and mockups as directed by the Department. Create, modify, deploy, and test application code and database code with a zero-defect rate as directed by the Department. Train and participate in peer code review as directed by the Department. Create Test cases and test data for User Acceptance Testing as directed by the Department. Document application modifications and additions daily aligned with coding tasks as assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository. Complete Administrative tasks (if necessary, i.e., training) and enter time log in with detailed tasks in Department provided application on a weekly basis.
