Role: Power Platform Developer Location: Cincinnati, OH (Locals) Duration: Contract Key Skills: Power BI, Power Platform Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Position Overview: As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient solutions that empower our organization to make data-driven decisions, automate workflows, and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom Power Apps solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. Create and configure Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency. Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of Power Platform solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development and leverage new features and capabilities to drive continuous improvement. Document design specifications, deployment instructions, and other relevant artifacts to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including building canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows, and reports. Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and experience working with relational databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions) is a plus. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate) preferred but not required.
