MOI: Skype Visa: GC, USC Only You will be responsible for leading an enterprise team, developing a Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solution, preferably cloud based, to replace the Countys legacy Employee Management and Compensation System (EMACS). Data cleansing and data migration is an important component of this project. You will assign individual responsibilities, enforce accountability, develop and maintain a schedule and timeline to ensure timely completion of the project. This position works directly with internal and external subject matter experts, executive leadership, and business operations. The Project Manager will be authorized to make day-to-day Project decisions and will act as the liaison for the County during the Project Experience and Education: Required: Must Have : Strong PM capable of working with senior management and leading development team 5+ years software development PM experience 3+ as PM on HCM project(s) Prior payroll system knowledge/experience is required (emphasized with this 2nd request) 3+ with RFP process, contract negotiation, vendor and portfolio management. Highly Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Preference would be with PeopleSoft and Workday, but any payroll / HCM would do Current PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
