The Solution Architect will begin to engage in a solution as the functional requirements are being collected, and will remain involved throughout the balance of the project. The Solution Architect will provide motivation, guidance and reinforcement for the Development teams. Educational Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Total of (ten) 10+ years in IT development with seven (7) years of experience in Software analysis, design, development, and testing, and three (3) years of experience in database design/SQL. Experience in aspects of SDLC, design, development, change management, and QA.
