| From: Shaik Mohammed, www.abidisolutions.com [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position : SAP Delivery Lead HR Location : Auburn Hills, MI (On-site) Visa : All except H1B OPT and CPT Unique Skills: Non-SAP skills required include: MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Productivity tools including Word, Powerpoint etc. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day activities of SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors implementation program Coordinate with Program Management team and other project members Oversee project delivery from technical perspective including design, configuration, testing, and go-live Develop and execute delivery plans aligned with organizational goals Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting organizational standards Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed Lead workstreams, guide team members, and perform individual tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Generate and share project status reports and inputs for steering committee reports Technical Experience: 10+ years implementing SAP HCM 7+ years implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud-based SaaS) Proficiency in various SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc. Strong understanding of HR business processes Previous experience in program management in complex global environments, managing teams, solutions, and project delivery Familiarity with matrixed organizations and navigating complex structures Hands-on configuration experience in both on-premises and cloud environments Experience with technical aspects like data migration, interfaces, and architecture Excellent communication skills, including interactions with senior stakeholders Proficiency in non-SAP tools such as MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Office suite Keywords: golang microsoft Michigan |
