Drives issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources. b. Acts as an advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes. c. Creates data and metric systems to track operational workflows. d. Provides input to Engineering and vendors on defects and required enhancements. e. Performs complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering. f. Contributes to design considerations for new products or architectural changes. g. Analyses problems in design, configuration, data flow, and data state. h. Serves as team lead on multiple projects. i. Leads the integration of projects into operations. j. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion. k. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. l. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Key technical skills required: a. SQL b.
