Client - Peapod Location: Remote Role: Java Kotlin Lead We are seeking a experienced Java Kotlin Lead to join our dynamic team. As an Lead, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using Java and Kotlin technologies. **Responsibilities:** 1. Design and implement high-performance and scalable applications in Java and Kotlin. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute software solutions. 3. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team. 4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the adoption of best practices. 5. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability. **Requirements:** 1.
