Work closely with the customer Business Process Owners on Process Discovery Sessions and document findings. Develop and execute strategies to streamline time management processes within SAP ECC ERP 6.0, aligning with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of time management modules within SAP ECC ERP 6.0, ensuring adherence to functional specifications and technical standards. Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to optimize time-related functionalities. Requirements: Experience with Kronos/CATS in ECC Experience with Kronos/CATS in S4 In-depth knowledge of SAP time management processes, configurations, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HR, SAP Payroll).
