The purpose of this position is to ensure all Fiserv mobile banking products released reaches the quality standard required by the company. You will be required to write, maintain, and execute automated tests as well as support manual QA activities. You will be expected to provide support for performance testing, security testing, and other non-functional test activities. You will be required to respond to occasional requests for additional off-hour work in development of the event of an emergency client incident or critical business need wider QA team through mentoring and guidance. Key Relationships: This position is part of a scrum team working within the overall Product Development group supporting Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters. General Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Testing fundamentals a must have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Rapid Software Testing techniques. Experience using JIRA and Confluence Proficiency in API, Web, Mobile testing principles and tools Proficiency with Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery practices within Azure Devops. Ability to plan and execute Integration testing with 3rd party systems. Technical leadership/coaching scrum teams experience a plus Ability to communicate with stakeholders from different levels (e.g. Directors, Managers, Product Owners, Devs, BA, etc.) Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or relevant work experience. Web Test Engineer: Solid understanding of web testing techniques, challenges and market insights such as web browser statistics Expertise in building and maintaining web test automation frameworks preferably using Playwright. Experience in web performance testing principles. Experience with analytics tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk Experience with using Charles Proxy, Fiddler, or similar tools.
