Ability to review existing Procure-To-pay (P2P) business processes across a manufacturing organization with SAP ECC and Ariba SCC implementation to translate business issues into actionable requirements and technical solutions and drive process transformations. Proven experience in solving issues related to supplier collaboration, Supply Chain Management, inbound logistics, PO, receipts, Incoming quality, reconciliation, matching, invoice and payment. Highly visible role that engages with functional leadership across the business, especially manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment that works with both internal customers as well as offshore support; ability to work collaboratively with business users. Strong procurement to pay knowledge and problem-solving techniques. Ability to facilitate meetings, technical alignment of priorities, requirements, design, testing and delivery of the system based on functional requirements. Proven track record of business process re-engineering and optimization. Good organizational and diplomacy skills. Superior written and oral communication skills.
