Assess and advise on ensuring the right tools are used for the S/4 program across the phases on the program and for on-going sustenance after go-live. Must work EST hours. Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements. Demonstrated ability to lead conversations to decisions, addressing outstanding questions, providing clarification necessary, and getting sign off on designs. Expertise in modeling complicated processes and mapping current-state to future-state business processes. Confidence to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders, setting agendas and capturing clear next steps to keep discovery on track. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints. Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and critical thinking skills.
