ORIs mission is to promote the full participation of refugees and immigrants as self-sufficient individuals and families in Massachusetts's economic, social, and civic life. The project's purpose is to replace the current system with a modern Salesforce-based solution that enables ORI to support refugees and immigrants by enabling timely data reporting from community partners, providing analytics to make data-driven decisions, automating processes to improve the quality of programs and services, and increasing engagement with clients. The selected candidate from the Commonwealth will lead this project and work with a vendor to implement the solution.
