Job Description:- Job Role:- Technical Writer Location :- Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Contract Top 3 Musts: This person needs to understand Technology so they can understand and ask questions to the technology people SharePoint - Understanding Confluence - Understanding Azure Understanding Proof read and Edit documentation, formatting, spell checking Can write a Flow of communication. Where do you start where does it end. Someone that can tell a story More on the senior side of technical writing They need someone that has done this before, more on the high end of the proficient side Take information that is provided to them and how to present it and document it Very independent does not want someone that has to be over shadowed Can ask questions and listen to what they need Take technical information and can translate it to non tech people Pulling information out of tech engineers can communicate with lower level professionals Presenting information to C-suite Writing for the End-User community She has engineers that dont communicate and only communicate technically She needs to have someone that can break it down to non-technical people Needs someone that asks questions Will look at Technical Writer/Business Analyst also Fortify program Understand Networks and Cybersecurity is a huge bonus Can do diagrams General understanding even with Audit experience Take documentation and turning it around for people working with BAs, PM, Engineers They have a lot of Audits and they need someone that can understand Risk and think ahead of the what ahead questions that the group might be asked Process flow on where they are now and where they are going to be Almost an expert in MS Tool space. User friendly helping put together executive Decs CIOs to the head of Auditing, CFO and CTO must be able to communicate with the Executives Will attend meeting as a secondary and support of the documentation Program is supposed to end in 6 months but the validation part of this program will expand and will go into 2025.
