An early response is really appreciated Role : Hyperion Consultant Location: Buffalo, NY( Day 1 Onsite) Experience : 9+ Years Duration : Long Term Job Description : Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, or other Hyperion applications according to client requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design solutions using Hyperion products to address their financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Hyperion applications, including diagnosing and resolving performance issues, data integration problems, and system errors. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on Hyperion applications. Create documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and system documentation. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively to ensure successful implementation and deployment of Hyperion solutions within budget and schedule constraints. Integrate Hyperion applications with other enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools. Assist clients in upgrading existing Hyperion applications to newer versions or migrating from legacy systems to Hyperion platforms. Monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of Hyperion applications. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features of Hyperion products to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus. Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, or other Hyperion applications in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Proficiency in Hyperion application administration, including user security setup, metadata management, and data integration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. Knowledge of Oracle database technologies and SQL query writing skills are desirable. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
