Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITBM modular platform including PPM, resource management, time card management, etc. Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions.
