Define and implement Windchill configurations, customizations, and extensions to meet specific business needs. Provide technical expertise in the integration of Windchill with other enterprise systems (ERP, CAD, etc.). Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the Windchill environment current and optimized. Conduct system performance analysis and implement optimizations as needed. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practices. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to PLM and Windchill. Required Experience & Skills [ X] years of experience working with Windchill PLM, including design, implementation, and customization. Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key objectives of requirement and cascade to development team. Solution design with Business Administration focus Help define the performance goals, metrics, and key milestones for the proposed solutions. Provide insights and expertise from past engagements, industry knowledge, and application knowledge. Able to apply deep learning and generative modeling techniques to develop LLM solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Utilize your extensive knowledge and expertise in machine learning (ML) with a focus on generative models, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational autoencoders (VAEs), and transformer-based architectures. Solid understanding of Model development, model serving, training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment.
