The individual will excel at aligning resources and building genuine connections at all levels to produce exemplary results across global teams in a highly matrixed environment. The PM will be a holistic thinker with a strong grasp of the details with a focus on quality and value-generation. Key attributes include excellent business acumen, analytical, risk mitigation and communication skills. The PM will be adept in Supply Chain Planning, Materials/Product Management and Operations within manufacturing and distribution domains. Responsibilities: Collaborate with all team members (business & project level) to provide leadership for day-to-day project activities. Work closely with product owner, projects leads and the team members in planning and implementation of key milestones. Lead cross-functional teams to conclude business requirements, coordinate and manage the team to develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Owns the creation, management, tracking/reporting of assigned project plans. Communicates project status, progress, issues, risks and finances on an ongoing basis to key stakeholders. Ensures assigned projects adhere to SDLC governance and review processes (Architecture, Gate Reviews, Change Mgt). Directs the creation, approval, and ongoing change control for the project ensuring that changes are reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders. Partners with leadership to identify, maintain and present periodic summaries of key program updates to the steering committee. Delivers metrics providing transparency and accountability of overall project health and progress. Facilitates engagement with various cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Information Security, IT Architecture, Master Data and any other impacted teams to ensure successful delivery.
