Role: Scrum Master (Azure Cloud) Location: Miami, FL Duration: 6+months Moi: Skype We need a local person thats a Scrum Master worked on Azure cloud and should be technical, LinkedIn needed NOTE: Indian person will have a technical call initially Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual to join our Azure Cloud Team as an IT Business Analyst and Scrum Master. In this dual role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Youll work closely with Azure Engineers, Application Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: User Story Creation: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to create clear and concise user stories for sprint planning. Define acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items. Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on Scrum practices and principles. Remove impediments and ensure the teams productivity. Track progress and adjust sprint plans as needed. Azure Cloud Expertise: Work closely with Azure Engineers to understand technical requirements and constraints. Translate business needs into Azure-specific tasks and features. Monitor changes in Azure services and technologies. Change Tracking and Follow-Up: Track changes throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure timely follow-up on action items and resolutions. Project Status Reporting: Regularly update project status, risks, and issues to leadership. Prepare reports and dashboards for executive review. Scrum Calls and Collaboration: Schedule and lead Scrum calls, ensuring effective communication within the team. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. Work closely with architects to align technical solutions with business goals. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications. Ensure that deliverables meet business needs. Project Execution: Drive project execution by coordinating efforts across teams. Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
