Ultra high net worth clients cash savings accounts. $250Million insurance limits on accounts. Failure is not an option, has to be very high quality delivery. Need to 2 senior BAs on project from PDO they are maybe more agile focused, not full product delivery. Muriel has documented business processes, and mapped and architected those processes Need to write requirements, BAs cannot handle it. Translate high level business requirements into technical requirements. Has to be deliverable by IT. Tech work is being delayed. Greg has approved whatever Helen needs to do. One of the BAs is being replaced maybe Very senior Multiple cross commits- Data from broadridge Interfied (settlement of money movements) WMO client portal . Have to give them what to build ISL salesforce Not terribly technical, each tech group writes their own super specific tech requirements- they will build off the tech requirements. Translating from business to high level tech requirements Any eliciting requirements This person sits between tech and business Will have to go back to the business, if tech says we can't do that help business understand, re-write requirement No data mapping, but may be asked where do you get that data from . And research that/figure it out Don't have a good process for handling requirements Documenting change requests Retiring requirements Understanding cross commits Must Have: Banking experience, This is just a savings account, not rocket science.
