Good communication skills Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal Self-directed and Pro-active (be a consultant) Willingness to work across time-zone as required by the engagement Experience Required 10+ Years (overall) Roles & Responsibilities Functional Consultant Understand Business Requirements, Solution Design Development, Presentation & sign-off, Configurations, Testing, Data Conversion, Training and Solution Acceptance Generic Managerial Skills Create & Manage a Track / Area specific Plan Coordinate with other required Team members Weekly and Periodic Updates Work closely with Customers Manager Education Under Graduation / Post Graduation.
