Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead our finance team in implementing and optimizing SAP S/4 HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting coupled with extensive experience in SAP FICO modules, particularly within the context of SAP S/4 HANA. Responsibilities: Lead the finance team in the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. Design and implement finance processes in accordance with industry best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance and support to finance users in utilizing SAP S/4 HANA functionalities effectively. Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure the stability and performance of SAP S/4 HANA finance systems. Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Lead and mentor a team of SAP FICO consultants and analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA. Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules and proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex finance issues and propose effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
