Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules. Oversee the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues and identifying root causes for continuous improvement. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching. Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Work with a solid understanding of Agile project methodologies and ITIL processes.
