They must speak and present very well and have financial industry experience. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong background in project management within IT, specifically with experience in Azure, Agile methodologies, and working in regulated industries. They should possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a flexibility to adapt to changing processes and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Manage and enhance the IT Enterprise Data Architecture roadmap, from execution to deployment through all environments. Support Enterprise Data Architecture and Cloud Migration projects. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration for agile development across project workstreams. Ensure quality execution with detailed work items, acceptance criteria, and standardized code testing. Organize code releases and use Azure DevOps for project management, KPIs, and capacity reporting. Optimize processes and provide technical leadership. Required Qualifications: Proven track record in delivering Microsoft Azure projects. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry. Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with experience in running Agile projects and executing Scrum methodology. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
