Job Description **local candidates required due to onsite requirement **Candidate selected MUST work onsite 100% in the first month or so - NO exceptions. Then they will work onsite 3 days every week. The Data Conversion Specialist will be responsible for converting existing PDF documents for accessibility compliance with SEC 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Create web content pages and ensuring converted documents maintain the integrity and formatting of the original PDFs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in HTML is a plus. The Specialist will use the accessibility tool and action wizard tool within Adobe to create accessible and compliant PDFs. In doing so, the Specialist will need to identify form fields, set alternate text, tag text that has not been auto detected and organize the reading order and HTML structure. * Convert existing PDFs into accessible PDFs * Convert PDFs into web content pages * Collaborate with team to improve conversion processes * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PDF accessibility best practices * Review converted documents for quality control and make necessary adjustments as needed * Work closely with team to ensure timely delivery of converted documents * Provide technical support and training to other team members, if needed * Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat * Knowledge of SEC 508 of the Rehabilitation Act is a plus Sandeep Siliveru IT/NON IT Recruiter | ARK InfoTech Spectrum : linkedin.com/in/sandeep-siliveru- -5759b023b : We Believe In Client Satisfaction.
