Hybrid Experience: 8+ years exp Required skill set Experience working in medium/large-scale initiatives in an SAP technology environment 8+ years of proven experience in SAP Basis Lead or Administrator preferred Solid background on delivering SAP technology projects (System builds, refreshes, migrations, etc.), Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts and functionality In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA administration Experience with various operating systems (e.g., AIX, Linux) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of SAP system copy and refresh procedures (client copy, system copy, system refresh) Knowledge of SAP system configuration and authorization concepts Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
