You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and go-live. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Job Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and deployment of OPERA on OCI or AWS, adhering to best practices for security and compliance (PCI DSS). Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues. Track project progress and report to stakeholders. Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Oversee the configuration and customization of OPERA CRF pages based on specific requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful system rollout. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the OPERA deployment on OCI or AWS. Stay up to date on the latest OCI/AWS and OPERA technologies and best practices. Mandatory Skills Project Management OPERA Optional Skills Required Education Bachelors degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field. Required Experience 5+ years of relevant experience as Project Manager Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, from inception to completion. Experience with cloud computing, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS. Knowledge of secure deployment practices and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with OPERA is a plus. Experience with Case Report Form (CRF) pages configuration is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Create a High-level and Low-level design document for proposed IBM Netcool Operations Insight & IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps Recommend improvements to IBM Netcool Operations Insight & IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps System design strategies, processes and methodologies. Provide recommendations for the long term strategic and operational plan of the IBM Netcool Operations Insight & IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps Design HA [High Availability] and DR [Disaster Recovery] on IBM Netcool Operations Insight & IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps Analyze implementation risk and any potential impact on the IBM Netcool Operations Insight & IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps.
